Healthiest Granola EVER

e you sick of being catfished by granolas claiming to be healthy, but when you look at the ingredients they're filled with oils and sugars? This recipe will change the granola game for you. This granola is oil free, gluten free, refined sugar free, syrup free, vegan, and loaded with superfoods!

Happy Monday! I am so ready to share this recipe with you guys, because it is truly a game changer. I love granola, but always get so annoyed with how unhealthy they are. They are labeled as a healthy snack or breakfast, but contain so much sugar, fat, and calories for like 1/4 cup, and who even eats 1/4 of a cup of granola I mean come on.

I have been very motivated to create a granola that is super simple, and filled with whole foods, because I have yet to be able to find one that fits my standards at the store, so that is what I did, and I have to say I did a pretty good job. This granola is mostly just a base, you can flavor it up however you like! When I make this next time I am definitely going to add some goji berries, cacao nibs, and pumpkin seeds! If you like raisins, or chocolate chips that would also be a great addition to this granola.

Now, this granola is not the sweetest in the entire world, and that's because I wanted to make sure that it would have a low sugar content. You can add something such as date syrup, or even just chunks of dates to sweeten it up some if you would like it a little sweeter. I personally found it perfect the way it was, because when I ate it, it was with sweet things, such as a smoothie bowl, or blueberries and oat milk.

At the end of the day this granola is super simple and can be personalized to your taste very easily! Let's get to that recipe!
