Banana Cream Pie Overnight Oats

This vegan breakfast recipe is the perfect sweet treat to make those dreams of dessert for breakfast come true. This recipe uses plant based protein to ensure that you will be full for hours. This recipe is vegan, gluten free, oil free, refined sugar free, dairy free, plant based, high protein and high fiber!

Happy Monday friends! This post is running a tad bit late today so my apologies! I meant to have it ready last night, but was really distracted. However, it actually works out because that's what this recipe is all about! This is the perfect recipe for anyone who either doesn't have time to make breakfast in the morning, or simply doesn't have the motivation (no shame, I definitely fall into the second category from time to time).


This recipe is also for anyone who needs something sweet in the morning. Personally I would choose sweet breakfast over savory breakfast every time. For me, sweet is just all around better, but it is also better because their are endless options! That is my mission here at The All Natural Vegan. A recipe that focuses on making you feel better on the inside, while also lending some help to how you look on the outside! Although, I think you already look fantastic! Serves: 2

Total Time: 10 minutes/overnight

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a blender combine the dates, plant based milk, and the collagen builder; blend until smooth.

  2. In a medium sized bowl mash the bananas with a fork until smooth. Add the oats and blender mixture and stir until combined. Add walnuts and stir again.

  3. Store in the fridge and serve the next day with plant based yogurt, walnuts, and fresh bananas. Enjoy!
